**General Attorney Consultation will include general legal information regarding your legal issue but not specific legal advice. For example, Law Booth Client is considering a divorce. Client wants to know if she can get alimony and/or get child support. Attorney will advise Client on Florida Law regarding divorce, alimony and child support. Attorney will explain timelines and the factors courts normally consider in awarding alimony and/or child support. Attorney will NOT advise or attempt to advise Client on how much child support or alimony they will receive. Attorney will assist clients on procedural matters and filling out legal forms.
